Purpose of Job:

To ensure the efficient and effective management of regional site operations. This includes facilitating maintenance and repair needs, managing site-based purchases, overseeing regional budgets, and coordinating events and functions. The role involves maintaining vendor relations, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with various departments to meet student and staff needs.

Regional Compliance and Operations

Logistics/Support

- Facilitate regional site maintenance and repair needs.

- Maintain a general knowledge of regional site leases as related to tenant responsibilities.

- Manage regional resources responsibly, efficiently, and effectively.

- Responsible for all site-based purchases including purchase orders and purchase card purchases

- Purchase Card management, compliance, and reconciliation in accordance with GOAL Finance policies and procedures.

- Track and report out on Regional Budgets

- Regional vendor relations and management

- Facilitate accurate contract completions in alignment with GOAL Policies using professional negotiation techniques.

- Maintain GOAL High School staff driver certifications and small vehicle certifications as required by CDE.

- Facilitate fleet CDE Compliance, repair & maintenance, and record management.

- Assist Academic Staff in coordination of events and functions as they relate to use of internal or external venues to include but not limited to graduation, prom, field trips, and site events.

- Participate in annual asset audits.

- Participate in Site Relocation, logistic planning, and execution.

- Apply sound judgment in resolving complex or time-sensitive operational challenges by working with appropriate internal and external partners within established policy.

- Work collaboratively with all GOAL departments to ensure student and staff needs are met effectively and within GOAL Policy constraints.

- Comply with state and federal mandates and local board policies.

- Assist in the implementation of Strategic Plan goals and measurables.

- Participate in GOAL required professional development.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Must reside in Colorado.

- Must Possess a Colorado Driver's License

Education:

- High School Diploma required.

- Associates degree in a business-related discipline preferred.

Experience:

- Two years of office, administrative, and/or other relevant professional experience required.

- Three or more years of office, administrative, and/or other relevant professional experience preferred.

- Two years of experience working online and/or with at risk youth preferred.

- You must possess a valid Colorado drivers license with minimum insurance requirements.
