Job Summary
Be the go-to resource that helps keep a busy healthcare practice running smoothly while supporting an exceptional patient and staff experience.
We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to serve as a key operational partner within our clinic. In this role, you'll help coordinate daily practice activities, support team members, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with providers to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service delivery.
What You'll Do
-Serve as a lead resource for administrative and clinical support staff, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support.
-Help coordinate daily clinic operations to maintain efficient workflows and a positive patient experience.
-Partner with providers and care teams to manage patient flow and appointment coordination.
-Support the implementation and consistency of clinic policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Assist with onboarding and training of new team members and ongoing staff development.
-Address patient questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
-Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support practice goals.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant healthcare experience may be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- 2-3 years of experience serving in a leadership, lead, or supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with EHR systems and healthcare office technology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
