Responsibilities
- Assist the architects and senior team members in project design
- 2D and 3D visualizations
- Construction detailing and researching appropriate materials
- Validate plans with project programs and apply the code analyses prepared by senior architects
- Review existing documentation and visit sites in order to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models and visualizations
- Actively maintaining and progressing the professional requirements for provincial internship
Qualifications
- Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB recognized University
- Registration in, or eligibility to register in, a provincial professional internship program;
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an Architectural consulting firm is nice to have
- Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam are nice to have
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of visualization software (Sketchup, VRay, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite and Generative Design Tools.
- Rhino, Grasshopper, Veras and other parametric and AI design tools are nice to have
- Portfolio of applicants work is required
Compensation
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 - $79,600
- MB & ON: $54,800 - $75,400
- NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 - $72,000
