About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support Treasury Solutions and the administration of OXEA's global Accounts Receivable Securitization (ABS) Program. Reporting to Treasury leadership, the analyst will help manage ABS reporting, monitor program compliance, coordinate with banking partners including LBBW, support for the operative external and internal financing and will be responsible for the local foreign exchange exposures. The Treasury Solution Analyst will support the daily cash management, processing of payment transactions via the usage of treasury technology platforms such as Coupa (TM5), TIS, and SAP as well as assisting Treasury Operations. The role provides a strong foundation in corporate treasury operations while offering opportunities to participate in treasury transformation initiatives, automation projects, and process improvements.
Main tasks and responsibilities
ABS Program Management (Primary Focus)
• Support the day-to-day administration of OXEA's global Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) program.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly ABS reporting packages and supporting documentation.
• Monitor receivable eligibility, concentration, dilution levels, and borrowing base calculations.
• Coordinate information requests from LBBW, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with funding requests, collections analysis, and program utilization monitoring.
• Maintain ABS operational procedures, controls, and compliance documentation.
• Support periodic reviews, audits, and lender due diligence activities.
• Assist with analysis of working capital trends and receivables performance.
Corporate Finance & Financial Risk Management
• Provide operational support for the Group’s external financing activities, including the administration and execution of financing transactions.
• Support the administration, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of intercompany financing arrangements.
• Assume local responsibility for monitoring foreign exchange exposures and executing appropriate hedging transactions in line with Group policies.
Treasury Solutions & Digitalization
• Support daily operation and maintenance of Treasury systems including Coupa (TM5), TIS, SAP Treasury, and banking platforms.
• Assist with testing, user support, access management, and issue resolution.
• Participate in Treasury technology implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Support bank connectivity initiatives and payment workflow optimization.
• Assist with development of treasury dashboards, reports, and data analytics.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Treasury Operations Support
• Assist with daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting.
• Support bank account administration, signatory management, and KYC documentation.
• Prepare recurring treasury reports and management presentations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury reporting requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Participate in special treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Background, Experience, Competencies and Skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Treasury certification (CTP) is not required but considered a plus.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Banking, Financial Operations, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP), TMS (Coupa), and TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions) or financial systems is preferred.
• Solid understanding of global Treasury operations, cash workflows, and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical capabilities, a structured working style, and high attention to detail.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal corporate controls, financial policies, and external regulations.
Competencies & Skills
Technical Skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets.
• Familiarity with SAP, Coupa, TIS, Power BI, or similar systems is a plus.
• Understanding of financial reporting and operational controls.
