- Insight Generation: Gather and analyze insights from KOL discussions on the treatment landscape, patient journey, unmet needs, and factors influencing treatment decisions, and use those insights to improve the brand and customer engagement strategies.

- KOL Program Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing programs involving thought leaders, including speaker programs, peer-to-peer engagement, and jointly sponsored seminars, in collaboration with relevant functions.

- Launch Readiness: Deepen understanding of the treatment landscape and unmet needs through thought leader engagement, and work with the brand team to advance product launch readiness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Training, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant functions. Respect each function’s roles and responsibilities while driving consistent thought leader engagement.

- Project Management and Compliance: Manage the schedules, budgets, and external vendors for assigned thought leader engagement activities. Ensure high-quality, timely execution in compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies.
