In this position...
The Ford Racing Ownership Experience Strategy Manager leads the strategic design of owner experiences for critical Ford Racing products. The role translates Ford Racing’s product and go-to-market priorities into meaningful experiences that strengthen customer connection, support business objectives, and build lasting engagement with owners and prospective customers.
Working across Ford Racing and the broader Ford Experiences ecosystem, this manager will shape new experiences, support strategic development of critical go-to-market projects, connect key pillars of Ford Racing go-to-market, and help develop new driving experiences. Success requires customer empathy, strategic thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence across teams to move concepts from strategy toward implementation.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in strategy, brand marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of human centered design, competitive analysis, and marketing campaign development
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, communications, and brand teams
- Excellent project management experience

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.
