Hiring Range:
$127,587.20 - $160,763.20
(based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness system in Central Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the growing Cardiology team at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, Massachusetts . This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative community hospital cardiology practice with a strong team-based approach to patient care.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work closely with cardiologists and other members of the care team to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care to patients in a collaborative community hospital setting.

- Growing Cardiology Practice: Join an established cardiology team as the practice continues to expand.
- Community Hospital Setting: Practice at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, MA, providing high-quality cardiovascular care to the local community.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside 3 staff cardiologists and an experienced APP, with additional cardiology support for hospital consultation, call, weekend coverage, and cardiac study interpretation.
- Clinical Practice: Provide comprehensive cardiology care across outpatient and hospital settings, with opportunities to participate in cardiac diagnostics and procedures based on your training and experience.
- Flexible Schedule:
- Team-Based Care: Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and multidisciplinary colleagues to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Epic EMR: Utilize Epic for comprehensive electronic documentation and care coordination.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current NP or PA certification
- Eligibility for Massachusetts licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team
- Previous cardiology APP experience preferred
