Who We Are

What You'll Do

As Vice President, Enterprise Growth, you will drive net-new growth for Pearl's Northeast regional team, reporting to the Market President, Northeast. You will personally own and execute a full cycle acquisition strategy to identify, open and win new partnerships with health systems, large physician groups, ACOs, and IPAs participating in Medicare Value Based Care. To be successful in this role, you will:

- Own the full deal lifecycle for the region's enterprise accounts (sourcing, deal structuring, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and closing), partnering with Finance and Operations to ensure timely, strategic closings that meet regional pipeline targets.
- Build and execute the Northeast enterprise growth strategy, from targeting methodology, funnel development, and relationship development.
- Serve as Pearl's external evangelist in the Northeast, cultivating and owning relationships with prospective enterprise partners and representing Pearl at regional industry events and forums.
- Partner cross-functionally to surface regional market trends, help shape offerings that meet market demand, build business cases and progress deal stages.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline for the region, ensuring the Market President has real-time visibility into deal status, risk, and timing to inform regional forecasting and enterprise KPI tracking.
- Contribute to regional business strategy and operations, supporting alignment with the Market President's broader goals for the Northeast.

What You’ll Bring

- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and value-based care.
- Deep regional expertise; you understand the Northeast’s provider landscape and bring an established network of contacts in the healthcare industry, particularly with large provider groups, hospitals and/or health systems, ACOs and IPAs.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing large, complex commercial deals with multiple stakeholders across the full sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; comfortable engaging confidently with C-suite and physician leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and defend a data-driven business case.
- Deep clinical knowledge in quality, outcomes and population health drivers.
