The ideal Registered Nurse candidate for this position should possess excellent time management, superior organization skills, be an exceptional communicator, and with some understanding of Long-Term Care regulations. What You'll Do

As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) , youll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality care and fostering a positive environment for patients, families, and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring patient care to ensure treatments and medications are administered as ordered.

- Conducting daily rounds to maintain up-to-date knowledge of patient status.

- Supporting the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services in a team-oriented setting.

- Providing leadership to nursing staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and long-term care regulations.

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote high-quality care.

- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals.

- Maintaining adequate supplies and equipment to support nursing operations.

Qualifications

- Tennessee RN License : Required and in good standing.

- Leadership Skills : Strong organizational and communication abilities.

- Team Player : Compassionate and committed to patient care excellence.

- Experience : Previous leadership experience in LTC/SNF preferred but not required.
