Certified Nurse's Assistant - Assisted Living | Part Time

Work Title : Certified Nurse Asst. (Assisted Living)

Work Hours: 2:30PM - 10:30PM, 8 hour shift

Work Schedule: Part Time, Every other weekend

Rate of Pay : $19 - 25, depending on experience, plus shift differential

This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. All private rooms, beautiful environment with tenure staff. Essential Job Duties:
- Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
- Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
- Transfers, transports and escorts residents as need.
- Answers signal lights promptly.
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred .
- Registration with Illinois State registry required.
