Shift: On-Site | 2nd Shift (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Occasional weekend incentives available
Pay Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 / hour
### Position Overview
Rx relief is seeking dedicated Pharmacists to join a specialized, closed-door pharmacy team supporting operations near Willingboro, NJ.
In this role, you will focus on high-quality, multi-medication compliance packaging and clinical oversight for an elderly population in an environment with no direct patient interaction .
### Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and fill multi-medication compliance packaging. Perform thorough drug utilization reviews (DUR) to ensure safe dosing and prevent interactions for complex, multi-medication regimens. Collaboratively support 2nd shift pharmacy operations to maintain high accuracy and quality assurance standards. Adhere to all state, federal, and closed-door pharmacy practice standards and protocols.

### Requirements & Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Pharmacist license in the state of New Jersey. Prior experience in long-term care (LTC), closed-door pharmacy, or specialty care medicare/medicaid operations preferred. Experience with multi-dose/compliance packaging systems is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting. Availability Note: Candidates must submit all planned holiday time-off requests upfront at the time of application.
