What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Help clients build skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, and daily living
- Collect and enter accurate session data using electronic systems
- Communicate closely with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members
- Complete required session documentation accurately and on time
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working directly with children

Physical Requirements
