Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time , 24 hours per week
- ## Saturday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- ## Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- ## Ideally one weekday shift (preferably Monday or Friday): 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Managed Healthcare Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy serving patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care settings. Unlike retail pharmacies, there are no customer-facing responsibilities or cash register duties. Instead, our team focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and making sure medications are prepared correctly and delivered on time to the patients who depend on them.
We're currently seeking a Licensed Oregon Pharmacy Technician to join our Fulfillment Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.
No pharmacy experience? That's okay. We're happy to train the right person. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
What You'll Do
You'll spend most of your shift operating our SynMed automated medication packaging system , helping ensure medications are packaged accurately and on time for delivery to the long-term care facilities we serve.
Responsibilities include :
- Operating and monitoring the SynMed machine throughout the shift
- Loading and handling medication trays and packaging materials
- Verifying medication packaging and labeling accuracy
- Troubleshooting minor machine issues and contacting SynMed support when needed
- Communicating inventory, equipment, or medication concerns to pharmacy staff
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Following all pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move large medication trays throughout the shift
