The Vice President of Market Strategy and Growth is a senior executive leader responsible for advancing the organization's long-term growth agenda through market expansion, strategic planning, business development, and competitive positioning. This role identifies and evaluates opportunities for organic growth, market penetration, service expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, and new business models that strengthen the organization's presence in existing markets while accelerating growth in new markets.
Working closely with executive leadership, operational leaders, physicians, clinical leaders, finance, and strategy teams, the Vice President translates enterprise priorities into actionable market growth strategies that drive sustainable volume, revenue, access, and market share growth.
This leader serves as a key architect of the organization's future growth strategy, combining market intelligence, strategic foresight, financial analysis, and execution discipline to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience in strategy, business development, market planning, healthcare operations, consulting, or growth leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale growth initiatives and market expansion efforts.
- Experience developing enterprise growth strategies and translating strategy into execution.
- Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning, and business case development experience.
Preferred
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field).
- Experience within a large integrated healthcare system or complex service organization.
- Experience with partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Experience leading market analytics and competitive intelligence functions.
