Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Portfolio Management , on a permanent basis, on our Business Project Management team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and will be based in Saskatoon, SK .
In this role you will lead business projects that help shape FCL's future. Partnering with leaders across the organization, you'll guide complex initiatives from business case development through to successful execution, ensuring teams are aligned, stakeholders are engaged, and measurable benefits are achieved.
What you’ll do:
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from business case development through to execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value, stay on track, and achieve intended outcomes.
- Partner with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and drive successful organizational change across strategic initiatives.
- Shape and continuously enhance FCL's project management practices, frameworks, and tools to support consistent, effective delivery across the organization.
- Coach, develop, and lead a team of project specialists, fostering high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Portfolio Management and will have two direct reports as part of a team that values trust, professionalism, and collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships across our business as the successful candidate will work with leaders, project teams and stakeholders.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and have:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, program management with a business focus and significant experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification.
- Facilitation and coaching training and Change Management experience, training or certification is an asset.
