Global Launch at Arizona State University is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly personable Enrollment Coordinator to join our international recruitment team. This position works alongside the Global Recruitment and Partnership Coordinator and is responsible for helping convert prospective student interest into enrollment through timely, personalized outreach, disciplined pipeline management, and coordination across recruitment, marketing, and admissions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, culturally fluent, and comfortable working directly with prospective students from first inquiry through enrollment. This position combines hands-on student recruitment with enrollment operations: managing assigned prospects, identifying and addressing barriers to conversion, coordinating student recruitment ambassadors, maintaining accurate CRM activity, and using funnel data to improve enrollment outcomes. The position may also represent Global Launch at selected virtual, domestic, and international recruitment activities.
Essential Duties:
- Manage an assigned recruitment pipeline from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring prospects receive timely, accurate, and personalized follow-up at each stage.
- Conduct proactive prospective-student outreach through email, phone, messaging platforms, virtual appointments, information sessions, and other recruitment channels.
- Re-engage inactive or stalled prospects and identify barriers preventing prospective students from progressing toward application, admission, or enrollment.
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate prospect records, document recruitment activity, manage lead queues, monitor stage progression, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Monitor recruitment and conversion data to identify funnel bottlenecks, lead-quality issues, and opportunities to improve enrollment outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with the Global Recruitment and Partnership Coordinator, Marketing/Communications, and Admissions to provide a consistent prospective-student experience and effective handoffs throughout the enrollment process.
- Use admissions and recruitment reports to prioritize outreach, evaluate conversion activity, and recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies.
- Supervise recruitment-focused student employees or ambassadors, including training, assigning prospect outreach and engagement activities, monitoring follow-up, and evaluating results.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of enrollment workflows, communication templates, automations, and engagement tools that improve prospective-student responsiveness and conversion.
- Provide prospective-student and market feedback to Marketing/Communications to help improve recruitment campaigns, messaging, and content.
- Support enrollment forecasting and recruitment planning by identifying trends across programs, markets, lead sources, and stages of the recruitment funnel.
- Represent Global Launch at selected virtual and in-person recruitment events, information sessions, fairs, and partner activities.
- Support recruitment in designated markets or campaigns and provide recruitment coverage when other team members are traveling or unavailable; occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
- Deliver presentations and communicate information about Global Launch programs to prospective students, families, agents, partners, and other audiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned to advance Global Launch enrollment goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, sales, customer engagement, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience conducting proactive outreach and moving prospects, students, or customers through a recruitment, enrollment, or sales pipeline.
- Experience using CRM or student information systems, such as Salesforce, to manage prospects, document activity, and support conversion efforts.
- Experience interpreting recruitment, enrollment, or campaign data and using that information to improve outreach or conversion.
- Experience supervising, training, or coordinating student employees, ambassadors, or other outreach staff.
- Familiarity with international student recruitment, U.S. higher education, English language programs, or international education.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with prospective students and families from cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Demonstrated cultural fluency and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, take initiative, and work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
- Experience living, studying, working, or recruiting internationally.
- Fluency or professional proficiency in a language in addition to English.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project management platforms such as Airtable.
Working Environment:
- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse
- Frequently required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work
- Flexible work arrangement options are available based on job duties and department approval
