Job Title: Recruiting Services Coordinator Job Description The Project Coordinator I works as part of a fast-paced recruiting organization, partnering closely with a team of program coordinators to support high-volume hiring activities. This role manages operational workflows, program logistics, and reporting, while building strong internal relationships across multiple business units and geographic regions. Responsibilities

- Manage operational workflows and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within established service level agreements while maintaining high quality standards and accurate data.
- Coordinate end-to-end program logistics for interviewing and hiring programs, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation across multiple business units and geographic regions.
- Create and maintain reporting mechanisms such as operational dashboards, monthly business review inputs, and status updates that give leadership clear visibility into program health and key metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance stakeholder experience through automation and standardized procedures.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, providing guidance on processes and systems while coordinating effectively with program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct quality assurance activities, including audits, data validation, and compliance checks, to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established standards.
- Support high-volume recruiting coordination activities, ensuring interviews and hiring events are organized, communicated, and executed smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates and business partners, to ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to programs, processes, and operational activities in line with organizational policies.

Essential Skills

- Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within a recruiting or HR environment.
- History as a recruiting coordinator supporting high-volume hiring activities.
- Experience in logistics coordination, including scheduling and organizing events or programs.
- Strong administrative support skills with a focus on accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or an equivalent operational role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Degree or equivalent education, ideally in human resources or a related field.
- Diploma or formal training in HR or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
- Familiarity with technical tracking systems and software such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and workflow enhancements.
- Comfort working with operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Work Environment This role operates in a 100% office-based, fast-paced recruiting and project coordination environment. You will work extensively with tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, ticketing systems, and applicant tracking systems to manage workflows, logistics, and reporting. The setting involves frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams, program managers, business partners, and candidates across multiple business units and geographic regions. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
