We're partnering with an industry-leading manufacturer of highly specialized architectural products used in laboratory, healthcare, science, and technical facilities nationwide. This isn't a traditional drafting role. We're looking for a highly skilled Revit professional who wants to influence how projects are delivered, improve drafting standards, build scalable Revit content, and contribute to the long-term growth of a drafting organization. What You'll Do

You'll serve as a key contributor responsible for developing project documentation while helping improve the overall Revit environment. Responsibilities include:

- Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and reusable content libraries
- Produce Revit models, floor plans, elevations, and project drawing packages
- Work from architect-provided Revit and CAD backgrounds
- Integrate products into building layouts and project documentation
- Coordinate project requirements with Engineering and Project Management teams
- Develop customer-facing drawing packages and supporting documentation
- Improve drawing quality, organization, consistency, and workflow efficiency
- Help establish scalable drafting standards and best practices
- Support continuous process improvement across projects

Required Qualifications

- Advanced Autodesk Revit experience
- Experience creating Revit families from scratch
- Experience producing floor plans, elevations, and drawing packages
- Experience working within architect-provided Revit environments
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and project coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Location

Fountain Valley, CA Hybrid schedule available Local candidates are preferred, but highly qualified remote candidates will be considered. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fountain Valley, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
