What Were Looking For:
- Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
- Ability to set appointments and drive customers into the showroom.
- Competitive and money-motivated personality.
- Coachable with a positive attitude and team mindset.
- Prior internet sales or BDC experience in automotive retail is a plus, but not required.
