H2 Event Group is seeking an experienced, highly professional, and dependable VIP Executive Driver for a permanent, full-time position based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This is not a temporary or event-based position. Candidates must currently reside in the Las Vegas area. Relocation, travel, lodging, and accommodations will not be provided.
The ideal candidate understands the level of professionalism, discretion, and service required when supporting VIP and executive clientele. This individual should be polished, punctual, safety-focused, discreet, and capable of providing a comfortable transportation experience without unnecessary conversation.
Position Requirements
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Must currently reside in the Las Vegas area
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must successfully complete required background and MVR screening
• Previous VIP, executive, chauffeur, private transportation, or similar professional driving experience preferred
• Must have exceptional knowledge of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas, including hotels, resorts, venues, major destinations, alternate routes, and traffic patterns
• Must be highly knowledgeable and adaptable regarding road closures, detours, traffic restrictions, and route changes associated with major Las Vegas events
• Must be comfortable operating various vehicle types, including sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, and passenger vans
• Must maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Must demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
• Must be able to read the passenger and provide a quiet, comfortable transportation experience when appropriate, avoiding unnecessary or overly personal conversation
• Strong communication and customer service skills required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling based on operational needs
• Must be comfortable working extended or varying hours as required by the position
Professional Expectations
The VIP Executive Driver will be expected to provide a consistently high level of service while prioritizing safety, punctuality, discretion, confidentiality, and passenger comfort.
Drivers should be proactive in planning routes, anticipating traffic or road closures, and identifying appropriate alternate routes to ensure timely transportation.

Due to the nature of this position, specific passenger and client information will not be disclosed. The selected driver will be expected to respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
