About this role

This position plays a critical role in supporting Church efforts to minister to the temporal needs of others around the world. The role oversees the assessment and improvement or processes which identify and deliver products and services on a global scale. The incumbent regularly manages the work of other employees (may include mixed workforce) and volunteers, and is authorized in partnership with HR, to hire or fire employees and recommends advancements, promotion, or any other change of status of employees within their reporting line.

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, International Development, Economics, or equivalent field. Coursework and experience in research and evaluation.
- Minimum of 7 years of applicable experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Recognized ability to positively and effectively lead critical and highly visible work.
- Possess strong ability to understand and align with key strategic objectives.
- Proven ability to understand complex business processes and structures and to recommend changes.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred

- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline; such as Public Health, Statistics, Economics, International Development, or equivalent fields.
