Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
To provide transport services for Key Management Personnel
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- To drive the Top Mangement to and from various destinations for all scheduled matters.
- To ensure all disciplines pertaining orderliness (i.e no smoking, cleanliness) are adhered to at all times in the vehicle.
- To adhere punctuality at all times.
- To inform the next person in charge for replacement if a pickup cannot be made on the scheduled time or is on emergency leave.
- To maintain and monitor regular checking and maintenance records of vehicles' repairs and servicing.
- To ensure readiness with the uniform on at all times.
- Conduct and carry himself professionally when performing duties as a personal driver to the superior and / or to visitors (company’s guest).
Key Challenges
- Adherence to punctuality.
- Adherence to road safety.
- To ensure that each vehicle is in good condition and is kept clean at all times.
Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills gained through education or through relevant experience.
- A sound knowledge of the theory and application of the Road Code.
Education
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
Relevant Industries
UNIQUE REQUIREMENT
- Possess Competent Driving Licence CDL - Class D and at least 6 months working experience as driver
