What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations while providing an exceptional customer experience by:
- Leading residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Installing equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Pre-measuring job sites and preparing for successful installations
- Connecting, testing, and verifying system operation and performance
- Troubleshooting installation-related issues as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
- Completing required paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Representing Fire & Ice Heating & Air with professionalism and pride
What We Need From YOU
We're looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering quality results:
- 2+ years of Residential HVAC Installation experience required
- EPA Certification required
- HVAC trade school education or equivalent field experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipment safely
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
