As an Automotive Loan Processor at Biggers Mazda, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by ensuring a smooth and efficient loan processing experience for our customers. You will help coordinate financing options, process point of sale documents and contracts. Supporting sales efforts, contributing to a positive buying experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary loan documentation and information.
- Process automotive purchase paper work accurately and timely.
- Communicate with lenders and customers to verify and secure loan approval if necessary.
- Assist sales personnel by providing updates on loan status and resolving loan-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive financing or loan processing preferred, not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and finance teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of automotive loan products and lending procedures is a plus.
