We are looking for an Administrative Testing Coordinator to work in the Windber, PA office to help us continue providing our customers with the best services possible.

The Testing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing elevator testing activities to ensure required inspections and tests are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This position works closely with field mechanics, inspectors, customers, property managers, municipalities, and internal operations teams to coordinate testing, documentation, repairs, and follow-up requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all required elevator testing and inspections, including scheduling with customers, mechanics, inspectors, and applicable authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).

- Maintain an accurate testing schedule and ensure required tests are completed within applicable deadlines.

- Coordinate annual, periodic, acceptance, and other required elevator testing.

- Track testing results, deficiencies, violations, and required repairs through completion.

- Communicate testing requirements, schedules, and results to customers and internal teams.

- Coordinate mechanics and subcontractors needed to complete testing and corrective work.

- Ensure required documentation, test reports, inspection reports, and certificates are completed and maintained accurately.

- Monitor upcoming testing deadlines and proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or compliance issues.

- Follow up on failed tests, violations, and outstanding repairs to ensure timely resolution and retesting.

- Maintain accurate records in the Company's systems and provide regular status reports to management.

- Work with field personnel to ensure they understand testing requirements and are prepared for scheduled inspections.

- Assist with obtaining permits, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with local municipalities and inspectors as needed.

- Review testing documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.

- Escalate testing delays, compliance concerns, customer issues, or safety concerns to management.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer and Company information.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- 2+ years of experience in the elevator industry, preferably in testing, service, inspections, or operations.

- Knowledge of elevator testing and inspection requirements preferred.

- Familiarity with local and state elevator codes and AHJ requirements preferred.

- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

- Ability to manage multiple testing schedules and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Company software and systems.

- Ability to work effectively with field mechanics, customers, inspectors, and management.

- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
