In this role, you will support the billing operations for the GBS Americas region while gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the business while working with diverse stakeholders and contributing to key financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sales order setup, billing processing, credit memo creation, and invoice cancellations.
- Monitor monthly billing activities, investigate billing discrepancies, and perform reconciliations against budgeted and contracted values across the Americas region.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
- Maintain and analyze financial and controlling reports to support business decision-making.
- Execute monthly balance allocation and distribution activities.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to headcount, financial performance, and Budget vs. Forecast comparisons.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and SAP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2).
