At Superette, our Sales Rockstars are the heartbeat of our stores. You're the first face our customers see and the reason they come back. This is a role for someone who loves people, loves fashion, and wants to be part of a team that plays to win.

We're a fast-paced, high-performing retail team - and we have a lot of fun getting there. Our standards are high, our energy is higher, and we lift each other up every single shift.

We're looking for casual Sales Rockstars to join us for our biggest season of the year, from mid-November through December, Christmas and New Year, with the opportunity to keep going well into next year for the right people.

THE SUPERETTE EXPERIENCE

Selling at Superette isn't a script, it's an experience. You'll welcome every customer like they're walking into your own store, start real conversations, get to know our product inside out, and make every visit one worth talking about. You'll turn first-time customers into regulars - and you'll genuinely enjoy doing it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the floor. Welcome every customer, start the conversation, and make them feel seen from the moment they walk in.
- Know your product. Learn our brands, our fits, our fabrics - and use that knowledge to style every customer with confidence.
- Sell with purpose. Chase your numbers, back your team, and take pride in hitting your targets.
- Build real relationships. Remember names, remember styles, and give people a reason to come back.
- Bring the energy. Show up ready, support your team on the floor, and help make every shift a great one.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- A genuine love of fashion, people, and the retail floor.
- Energy, confidence, and a team-first attitude.
- Great availability from mid-November through December, including Christmas and New Year.
- Weekend availability is a must. Fri-Mon availability is preferred.
- Flexibility to pick up shifts at short notice, and a genuine appetite for a decent number of hours.
- Quick learning skills and a customer-first mindset, so you're confident on the floor fast.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and back yourself on the floor.
- Bonus: availability to keep working with us through next year.
