Job Description:

1. Monitor hold lots and miscellaneous shipments and act if targets are not met. 2. Ensure that incoming shipments are recorded on logsheet.

3. Maintain high integrity of records/log sheets. Ensure they are updated and infor

mation are complete and readable.

4. Verify and generate report on the discrepancy found on the incoming

shipments.

5. Communicate with supervisor and counterpart for the resolution of the problem.

6. Execute the approved eSign, NCRB.

7. Leads company’s continuous improvement program and projects.

8. Train newly hired employees in the inbound receiving process.

9. Ensure that MSC and other routinary tasks are done.

10. Support other areas during free time.

11. Ensure that urgent lots are prioritized.

12. Report to the supervisor on the issues/concerns in the area.

13. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Good communication skills both oral and written.

2. Computer literate with basic knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,

Outlook).

3. Understanding of IC manufacturing business especially on Inbound

Warehousing.

4. Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

5. Team player.

6. Exhibit good leadership.

7. Experience in the internal/external an advantage.

8. With strong positive work and personal attitude.
