We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Recreation Attendants to join the Pool & Gym team at Crown Metropol.

- 1 x PT 2
In this hands-on role, you’ll help provide a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for our guests while maintaining the high presentation and service standards of our leisure facilities.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome guests and deliver friendly, personalised service
- Supervise the pool area and maintain a safe environment
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Pool & Gym facilities
- Assist with guest enquiries and reception duties
- Serve food and beverages within the pool area
- Complete pool testing and safety procedures
- Monitor towels, linen and other stock levels
About you:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, aquatic or hotel environments is advantageous
- Confident working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Professional, proactive and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
Essential Requirements:
- Current RSA
- LSV Pool Lifeguard accreditation
- First Responder – Aquatic Rescue qualification
- First Aid Level 2 is preferred
