About the role
Reporting to the Superintendent Training Systems & Content Development, you’ll help keep training organised, records accurate and employees informed. This role suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, builds strong working relationships and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate training schedules, course bookings and employee communications.
- Support the development and administration of training courses and programs.
- Maintain accurate employee training records and certifications in INX and our Learning Management System.
- Compile training attendance, completion and evaluation reports.
- Process training invoices and provide responsive support to employees and leaders.
- Help improve training processes and systems.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in administration, training coordination or a similar support role.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with INX, learning management systems or employee records will be highly regarded. A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
