About the Opportunity
RACV is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Producer to lead the end-to-end digital content delivery of major business projects and work streams. Combining digital production expertise with strong project management capability, you’ll help deliver engaging, accessible and data-led experiences across RACV’s website and digital platforms.
What you’ll do
- Lead digital content delivery across key strategic initiatives
- Scope content requirements, resources, timelines and success measures
- Manage content planning, production, reporting, milestones and delivery risks
- Partner with Product, UX, Business Analysis, Analytics and Technology teams
- Use customer insights, analytics and SEO to improve digital journeys, engagement and conversion
- Guide Digital Content Producers in accessibility, SEO, analytics and Adobe platform best practice
- Manage agency and contractor resources when additional project support is required
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly
What You'll Bring
- At least five years’ experience as a digital producer
- Experience with Adobe Experience manager is essential
- Demonstrated experience leading digital projects
- Strong agile project management, planning and prioritisation skills
- Knowledge of SEO, GEO, UX, content design and customer experience metrics
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
