Job Summary
The Program Manager – Enterprise Technology Deployment, is responsible for leading a complex, multi-workstream technology deployment supporting the startup of a new manufacturing operation. The role will coordinate business, manufacturing, engineering, technology, site, and external partner teams to ensure multiple interconnected solutions are aligned, integrated, validated, and ready for launch.
The focus is ensuring the people, processes, technology, testing, training, launch plans, and support resources work together as one operating environment. The Program Manager will coordinate concurrent activities at different stages of selection, design, implementation, and readiness while managing critical connections, evolving decisions, external partner performance, and risks that could affect site startup or sustained operations.
What You Will Do
- Lead a portfolio of enterprise, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and site technology workstreams from planning through implementation, launch, stabilization, and transition.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, readiness reviews, risk registers, dashboards, key dependencies, decision requirements, and leadership updates across concurrent workstreams.
- Ensure plans and solutions align with approved business requirements, site operating needs, and launch objectives while coordinating the people, processes, technology, and support needed for site readiness.
- Coordinate workstreams at different stages of solution selection, design, implementation, and validation; manage dependencies across platforms, business processes, functional teams, and external partners.
- Partner with business and site leaders, manufacturing and engineering teams, technology teams, and external partners to identify operational impacts, coordinate change and communication activities, and support workforce readiness.
- Confirm that individual solutions work together effectively and support approved business and operational requirements.
- Coordinate business and site validation, acceptance testing, training readiness, issue resolution, and required approvals before go-live.
- Lead readiness reviews, present unresolved risks and recommendations, support final go/no-go decisions, and oversee stabilization and transition to ongoing support.
- Coordinate site leaders, business subject-matter experts, support teams, and external partners during go-live to prioritize issues, align resources, and drive resolution.
- Monitor scope, schedule, quality, resources, risks, decisions, partner performance, and launch readiness; provide clear reporting and drive corrective actions before issues affect site startup.
What You Will Have
Program Management : Ability to define the problem, establish a clear path forward, and lead complex, multi-workstream programs from scope definition through implementation, launch, stabilization, verified results, and follow-up.
Project Planning and Execution: Ability to develop integrated project plans, manage milestones and cross-workstream dependencies, intervene when work is off track, recommend recovery actions, and drive accountability across business, site, technology, vendor, and implementation teams.
Enterprise Technology Deployment Readiness : Ability to coordinate readiness across a broad portfolio of interconnected business, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and site technologies; manage cross-platform dependencies; identify integration and readiness gaps; and drive actions through closure before go-live.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ability to influence business partners, site operations, manufacturing and engineering teams, leaders, technology teams, vendors, implementation partners, and support organizations; build alignment around recommended solutions; and drive clear decisions, ownership, and follow-through.
Risk Management: Ability to anticipate program, integration, vendor, and launch risks; determine root causes; evaluate alternatives; recommend a clear course of action; and drive mitigation and corrective actions through verified resolution to protect launch timing and operational continuity.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to use program data, readiness measures, dashboards, and performance reports to assess the integrated technology portfolio, diagnose issues, recommend actions, support decisions, communicate status clearly, and verify that solutions deliver the intended results.
Problem Solving: Ability to lead cross-functional resolution of complex deployment, integration, launch, and operational issues by determining root causes, evaluating alternatives, recommending practical solutions, and driving corrective actions through implementation and sustained results. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation.
