Salary package: $95,000-$105,000 FTE plus superannuation + $5,000 completion bonus
About the role:
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Acting Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you’ll work across our Hervey Bay Central and Hervey Bay Pialba stores, offering variety across your week while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across the local community.
This fixed-term parental leave cover is expected to commence in February 2027 and conclude in March 2028. We can offer flexibility from three to five days per week. The core requirement is three clinical days, with the option to add a fourth weekday and, for candidates seeking five days, a weekend day. The final roster will be agreed with the successful candidate and aligned across both stores.
We’re offering a competitive salary of $95,000-$105,000 FTE plus superannuation, together with a $5,000 completion bonus for successfully completing the fixed-term contract. Potential relocation support of up to $5,000 may also be available for the right candidate

Skills & Experience:
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
- Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
