Get to Know the Team

The Central Operations, Risk & Compliance team is part of Grab Vietnam's Central Operations function. The team supports operational integrity by strengthening quality controls, monitoring compliance, identifying operational risks, and driving continuous improvement across Vietnam operations.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

- QA & QC Management: Establish quality benchmarks, audit daily operational workflows, and conduct regular QC checks to maintain high service standards.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Monitor operational processes to detect risks early, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Process Management: Design, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and control frameworks for the Central Ops team.
- Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure operational activities strictly align with company policies, industry regulations, and internal standards.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Operational Risk, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, process design capabilities, and high attention to detail.
- Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools is preferred) and flowchart/documentation software.
- Proficient English to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
