Deine Aufgaben
Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen:
- Indirekte Bereiche (z. B. Bürobedarf, IT, Wartung)
- direkte Bereiche (z. B. Rohmaterialien, Dienstleistungen für Produktion, Handelswaren)
Durchführung der Einkaufsprozesse:
- Sourcing von Produkten/Dienstleistungen
- Lieferantenauswahl
- Bestellabwicklung
- Vertragsverwaltung
- Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung
Bearbeitung von Produktionsaufträgen:
- Anlage und Pflege von Produktionsaufträgen im ERP-System
- Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Materialverfügbarkeit für Produktionsaufträge
- Abstimmung zur Termin- und Mengenklarheit
- Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen der Lieferanten im Hinblick auf Bedarfe
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
Profil
- Grundkenntnisse im Einkauf/Beschaffung durch Berufserfahrung; kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise ERP-Systeme
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientiert, kommunikationsstark und serviceorientiert gegenüber internen Bereichen
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Prozesse und Standards
