Management Support
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management support for Japan Senior Business Representative / CDH PH, including driving strategic project initiatives and managing governance meetings with guidance and support from the direct superior Management Support in relation to all strategic and organizational tasks and topics of the Bayer Group in Japan (preparation of analysis, concepts, decision framework, etc.) with guidance and support from the direct superior. This includes ad-hoc analysis, preparing various presentations for internal and external use, and supporting Country Leadership Team meetings, PH Leadership Team meetings and BoM visits
- Project Management and Change Management: Lead and structure projects, communication, change management, and advise functions and business operations with regard to continuous improvement with guidance and support from the direct superior
- Take ownership of discrete workstreams, deliverables and client relationships, such as Best Bayer and PH initiatives
WHO YOU ARE:
- University degree or above
- Experience in planning, developing and coordinating/leading multiple projects and teams
- Profound experience in change management
- Ability to analyze highly complex processes in order to identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication, interrelation and decision-making skills to build and maintain good working relationships across the organization
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual, implementation and learning skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, open-minded, collaborative, and sensitive to multicultural working environments, with proven experience in a highly client-driven environment
- Ability and maturity to deal with senior management
- Excellent command of English is a pre-requisite; Japanese language skills (N2 or above for non-Japanese candidates) are a plus
