The Non-Inventory Receiver (NIR) works as part of the Procurement Operations team to manage the end-to-end flow of non-inventory goods including maintenance and repair supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, and tools. This role ensures accurate receiving, put-away, and distribution of shipping supplies and expense items across the fulfilment centre

Key job responsibilities
• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklift safely and in accordance with site standards
• Offload, receive, and accurately put away non-inventory goods (maintenance supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, tools, etc.)
• Receive goods into Coupa system (data entry) and maintain accurate records
• Stage product in designated work areas
• Organise and maintain packaging and shipping supplies in designated supply areas and replenishment stations
• Perform shipping supplies cycle counts with accuracy
• Deliver expense-received items (shipping supplies, gift wrap) to appropriate locations
• Research missing non-inventory shipments and assist with payment inquiries from Accounts Payable
• Coordinate and schedule delivery times to align with site dock appointments
• Manage yard staging pallets — sorting, straightening, loading, and dehiring pallets
• Audit soft services and support soft services vendor management
• Maintain filing and documentation standards

Basic Qualifications

- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 38 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Must possess a current PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) license

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Previous experience operating high reach forklifts
