DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Data Centre Specialist in Kemps Creek NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Data Centre team, you'll play a key role in supporting customer operations by:

- Receiving, handling, and preparing products for assembly.

- Picking, packing, scanning, and dispatching shipments.

- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently.

- Assembling and testing customer equipment to required standards.

- Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.

- Coordinating deliveries between warehouse and data centre operations.

- Using various IT systems to plan, track, and complete work.

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace using 5S principles.

- Following all safety, security, and environmental procedures.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

- Strong computer skills and confidence using IT systems.

- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

- A positive attitude and team-first approach.

- A current NSW driver's licence.

- Experience handling sensitive or high-value inventory is highly regarded.
