Sr Manager Technology & Products

Role Summary

Techno Brain is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Manager - Technology & Product to
lead the conception, development, and evolution of scalable, mission-critical
digital products for the public sector
and large institutional clients .

This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle —from product vision and roadmap
definition through architecture leadership, development, deployment, and
continuous improvement. The incumbent will embed strong product thinking into the organization while ensuring
solutions are secure, scalable,
compliant, and built on open-source and cost-efficient technology stacks .

This is a senior leadership role that bridges business strategy, product management, and
technology architecture , enabling Techno Brain to build reusable platforms,
accelerators, and long-term digital assets rather than only project-based
solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Product Thinking

Define and own the product vision, value proposition, and multi-year roadmap for
public sector platforms and digital products.

Drive a product-first
mindset , shifting teams from project execution to outcome-driven product
development.

Translate policy, regulatory, and citizen-service
requirements into scalable product capabilities.

Define success metrics (adoption, impact,
scalability, cost efficiency) and ensure continuous product value realization.

Champion user-centric
design , accessibility, and inclusivity—critical for government and
public-sector systems.

2. End-to-End Product Development Lifecycle
Ownership Lead the complete product
development cycle , including:

• Discovery & requirements shaping

• Architecture & solution design

• Development & integration

• Testing, deployment, and release management

• Post-launch optimization and enhancements

Institutionalize Agile
/ iterative product development practices suitable for public-sector
environments.

Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, funding
models, release planning, and contractual commitments.

Balance customization needs with platform
standardization and reusability.

3. Architecture Leadership & Technology
Governance

Provide hands-on
architecture leadership across products and platforms.

Define and govern reference architectures , design standards, and technology
principles.

Ensure solutions are:

• Secure and compliant with public-sector
standards

• Scalable for national or multi-country rollouts

• Interoperable with legacy government systems

Evaluate, adopt, and institutionalize open-source technologies , frameworks,
and cloud-native architectures.

Guide teams on microservices, APIs, data platforms,
and integration strategies.

4. Public Sector Domain Leadership

Serve as a domain
leader for public sector digital transformation , including:

• e-Governance platforms

• Citizen service delivery systems

• Education, health, justice, and social services
solutions

Understand procurement models, RFP structures,
compliance requirements, and government operating constraints.

Ensure product designs align with policy objectives, regulatory frameworks, and long-term sustainability .

Support executive-level discussions with government
stakeholders and institutional clients.

5. Stakeholder, Customer & Pre-Sales
Engagement

Act as product
and technology sponsor for key accounts and strategic initiatives.

Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on:

• Product positioning

• Solution architectures

• RFP responses and technical proposals

Clearly articulate product roadmaps, trade-offs, and
long-term evolution to customers.

Build trusted relationships with client leadership,
regulators, and ecosystem partners.

6. Talent & Product Organization
Development

Build and lead cross-functional
product teams (Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leads, UX).

Mentor product leaders to strengthen product
discovery, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities.

Partner with HR to build long-term product and
architecture capability pipelines.

Create a culture of ownership,
accountability, and continuous learning .

7. Business & Platform Growth Enablement

Identify opportunities to convert project learnings into reusable products and platforms .

Support leadership in defining IP strategy, product monetization models, and partnerships .

Enable scale by reducing delivery dependency through
strong platform foundations.

Contribute to corporate strategy, geographic
expansion, and alliance development.

Qualifications &
Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or related field.

Master’s degree in Business, Technology

• Experience

8 to 12 years of experience across product management, technology leadership, and architecture roles .

• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product development cycles , preferably in public sector
or regulated environments.

• Strong experience with open-source technologies, enterprise platforms, and cloud ecosystems .

• Proven ability to balance policy constraints, stakeholder expectations, and product scalability .

Certifications
(desired)

Product Management / Agile certifications (CSPO,
SAFe, or equivalent). Architecture or cloud certifications are advantageous.
