Job Description

Oakridge International School, Bangalore

Oakridge International School, Bangalore, is looking for an Admissions Officer to support the school’s admissions process and provide a positive and professional experience for prospective families. The role involves managing admission enquiries, coordinating school visits and interactions, maintaining applicant records, supporting documentation and follow-ups, and assisting families throughout the admissions journey while ensuring alignment with the school’s policies and values.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to admission enquiries from prospective families.

- Guide parents through the IB School admissions process , requirements, and timelines.

- Coordinate school visits, campus tours, assessments, and parent interactions .

- Maintain accurate admission records, student profiles, and documentation .

- Coordinate with IB academic and administrative teams throughout the admissions process.

- Follow up with prospective families and support the admissions pipeline .

- Assist in organising Open Houses, admission events, and school presentations .

- Communicate the school’s IB curriculum, programmes, and learning approach to prospective parents.

- Ensure timely collection and verification of admission documents .

- Provide a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience to prospective families.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with school policies and admission procedures .
