About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will work one-on-one with children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home and clinic settings . Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will help implement individualized treatment plans designed to build communication, social, daily living, and other meaningful skills.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in autism services, behavioral health, psychology, education, or child development who wants hands-on experience making a difference for children and families.

Not currently RBT certified? We can support qualified candidates through the certification process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one ABA services to children in home and clinic settings

- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

- Collect and accurately document data during sessions

- Help children practice and develop skills through engaging, consistent interactions

- Build positive and professional relationships with children, families, and team members

- Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs

- Follow professional, ethical, and organizational standards

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with company support

- Experience working with children or in a related field is preferred, but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team

Schedule

- Part-time, approximately 7.5 to 20 hours per week

- Monday through Friday

- Multiple shift options available between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM

- Opportunity for additional hours as caseload grows
