What you will do:

The Corporate Rotational Program on the Category Management track is a 12-month, full-time development experience designed to build early-career professionals with a strong foundation in merchandise planning, private label, assortment planning, and category strategy.

Through three structured rotations, participants build foundational knowledge of item and supplier management while taking on increasing responsibility for category decisions. You’ll work closely with category managers and cross-functional partners, analyze performance data, and gain insight into how assortment and supplier strategies support QXO’s branches, customers, and broader business goals.

The program concludes with a four-week capstone focused on a category or assortment opportunity. Participants who successfully complete the program may be considered for a full-time role based on business needs, individual performance, and demonstrated career interests.

Each rotation is structured to build broad category management knowledge while giving you meaningful ownership of your work.

- Manage assigned projects and workstreams, communicate findings and recommendations to business partners and category leaders, and monitor results to understand the impact of category decisions.

Across every rotation, you will receive defined objectives, regular feedback, and direct mentorship to support your growth and performance.
