What You’ll Do

The Resident Services Coordinator supports the property team by coordinating service requests, resident communications, vendor scheduling, move-in and move-out inspections, and maintenance-related administrative tasks. This role provides administrative and project coordination support to the Service Manager and Property Manager to ensure work orders, turns, resident follow-up, and service-related records are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company standards.

Your day-to-day may include:

- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, resident communication standards, service request procedures, vendor requirements, and confidentiality of resident, vendor, employee, property, and company information
- Support the overall efforts of the service team by coordinating maintenance activities under the guidance of the Service Manager
- Manage all incoming maintenance work orders by utilizing various systems such as email, web, text or phone. Assign the work orders to appropriate technicians, vendors, maintain accurate work order records
- Manage the work order process in property management software from initial input to completion
- Document work order updates and follow up with residents after completion to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns

Requirements

What You Bring

- 3+ years’ experience in a customer-focused property management support role
- Experience using property management software with Yardi experience preferred
- Ability to comprehend federal Fair Housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
- Possess a working knowledge of property management leasing, work order, and maintenance processes

The expected compensation range for this position is $19.00- $21.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
