About this role

Summary:

This position will coordinate, review, and facilitate warranty-related activities for the company.  This position shall also be responsible for coordinating manufacturer warranty campaigns for machines that reside within our territory.  This individual will be responsible for relaying relevant information to all branch locations.  The position will work closely with all service departments to track the progress of the campaigns.   This position will also assist in other duties related to Corporate Warranty management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Track Machine sales to ensure all warranties sold are purchased and documented

- Warranty/notes documentation within the internal company business system

- Process daily warranty credits that are received

- Review all Factory Campaign Notices and Letters, prioritizing based on type

- Locate all machines that fall into the campaign range using various methods and resources available through our internal systems as well as machine telematics.

- Relay all pertinent information regarding the campaign to the appropriate branch location

- Maintain a central location for parts needed to complete the repairs and track where the parts will be sent.

- Manage and Coordinate mandatory campaigns with the branches.

- Maintain a spreadsheet of all open mandatory campaigns and update branches weekly.

- Update daily NDS popup notes on Fix as Fail Campaigns.

- Any other duties, or special projects, as assigned by the Corporate Warranty Manager and VP of Product Support & Operations.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  A college degree is preferred.

- Must have 3 years minimum related experience in a Dealership environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.  Familiarity with Komatsu Global Portal, Komtrax, and NDS is a plus.

- Must possess a business mindset, be results-driven,  and maintain a composed and positive attitude.

- Maintain good relationships with vendors, customers, and employees.

- Possess good analytical and numerical skills.

- Maintain high attention to detail, tracking information, and follow-ups.

- Ability to work independently and self-manage workload without continuous, direct supervision.

- Strong Communication, detail-oriented with some strong project management skills

- Proficient in fact-based problem solving, analysis, intrapersonal, verbal & written communications, and organization.

- Maintain Excellence in Customer Service.

- Occasional travel to branches and vendors as needed.

- Must drive the process and have a strong sense of urgency.

- Must be able to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
