We’re looking for an experienced Chef Manager to support the day-to-day running of our national catering operations team and help deliver outstanding food, service and team performance.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the daily running of various sites
- Helping manage service standards, stock and team performance
- Supporting financial controls and budget targets
- Looking for opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
- Supporting training, communication and team development
- Helping bring BM concepts and innovation to life on site
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Experience in hospitality or contract catering chef management
- A confident and supportive leadership style
- Commercial awareness and good organisational skills
- A strong foodie focus
- Passion for food, people and service
- A positive, hands-on approach
