Job Title: AGM Interior Designer

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled AGM Interior Designer to join our team. As an AGM Interior Designer, you will be responsible for coordinating with architects, landscape consultants, MEP consultants, and specialized vendors to ensure integrated design solutions. You will review and approve shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and vendor submissions. Additionally, you will prepare finish schedules, furniture layouts, lighting layouts, and specification documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with various consultants and vendors to ensure integrated design solutions

- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and vendor submissions

- Prepare finish schedules, furniture layouts, lighting layouts, and specification documents

- Monitor project budgets and ensure design solutions align with approved cost parameters

- Coordinate with procurement teams for material finalization and timely release of purchase requisitions and purchase orders

- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve execution-related issues

- Ensure adherence to approved design intent, quality standards, and project timelines

- Manage consultant and vendor communications, including design reviews, approvals, and project coordination meetings

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

- Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising design quality

- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Work Experience
