JOB MISSION:
The Technology Solutions Specialist plays a hands-on role in supporting the delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of technology solutions and business initiatives across North America. This role focuses on executing technology and process improvement initiatives, supporting business stakeholders, and helping ensure solutions deliver value to the organization.

Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, you will help coordinate and deliver regional initiatives while documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting technology evaluations and implementations. You will serve as a key partner in helping translate business needs into practical solutions while contributing to the development of scalable portfolio management and governance practices.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology and business initiatives across the North America region.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, helping translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflows, and supporting project documentation.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, issues, and communications to support successful delivery of initiatives.
- Support technology evaluations, assessments, pilots, and implementation activities.
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced technology utilization.
- Support testing, readiness, and post-implementation activities, including hypercare and transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Maintain portfolio documentation, project records, status reporting, and governance materials.
- Assist with technology intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio planning activities.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of portfolio processes, standards, and governance practices.
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to support solution adoption, optimization, and ongoing improvement.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

- 3–5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, business operations, technology initiatives, process improvement, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving work to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and create clear project documentation.
- Experience creating process maps, workflows, standard operating procedures, or similar operational documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with technology platforms, business systems, and external vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, business processes, and emerging capabilities such as AI.
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, Planner, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools preferred.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, consumer products, eCommerce, or related industries preferred.

Boston, MA 80 Guest Street Only Pay Range: $70,600.00 - $90,500.00 - $110,400.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
