Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee policies and procedures related to the implementation and management of an effective office
- Develop outreach programs and relationships to increase patient referrals in all service areas
- Mentor and evaluate staff performance honestly, fairly, and promptly, with emphasis on specific developmental plans for performance improvement and individual employee development
- Confront conflict directly and lead by example to promote an environment in the department(s) and organization that allows for fairness, equity, and cooperation.
- Direct quality initiatives, planning implementation, and completing evaluations of indicators and results
- Compliance with established organization and department policies.
- Attend and participate in department meetings and is accountable for all information shared.
- Complete mandatory education, annual competencies, and department-specific education within established timeframes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Preferred: Masters degree in business or a health-related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, personable demeanor
- Detail oriented
