JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Fulfillment & Distribution

- Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital departments
- Deliver supplies to designated locations throughout the facility
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Support urgent and special supply requests
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas

Storeroom Operations

- Organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility
- Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs
- Maintain inventory transactions within departmental systems
- Assist with product movement and material handling activities
- Follow established safety and infection prevention guidelines

Customer Service & Teamwork

- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet supply needs
- Provide timely support to internal customers
- Communicate inventory issues and supply concerns to leadership
- Support department initiatives and process improvement efforts
- Assist with additional supply chain functions as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- High school diploma or equivalent
