At Siemens Healthineers, we are passionate about enabling healthcare providers to deliver better outcomes for patients. We are looking for an experienced and collaborative leader to join our Enterprise Services team and play a key role in strengthening and expanding our Managed Equipment Services (MES) and Value Partnerships portfolio across Great Britain and Ireland.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will build trusted relationships with senior healthcare leaders, help customers realise long-term value from their partnerships with Siemens Healthineers, and drive sustainable growth across a portfolio worth approximately €200 million in annual revenue.

Working at the intersection of healthcare transformation, technology innovation and strategic partnership management, you will help shape the future of some of the UK's largest healthcare organisations.

The Opportunity

As Head of Strategic Client Engagement & Growth, you will lead the development of executive-level customer relationships across NHS Trusts and independent healthcare providers, ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from their partnership with Siemens Healthineers.

You will be responsible for driving retention, renewals, contract expansion and growth opportunities across an established customer portfolio while leading a team of Engagement Managers and collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Commercial, Business Lines and Solution Architecture.

This role has been created to strengthen strategic engagement with our customers, support long-term partnership success and accelerate growth through new technologies, service innovations and value-led solutions.

What You'll Do

Strategic Client Leadership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and healthcare leaders across NHS and independent healthcare organisations.

• Lead strategic customer engagement activities, including executive business reviews and value-based discussions.

• Champion a customer-centric approach that focuses on long-term partnership success and measurable outcomes.

Portfolio Growth & Retention

• Own the national pipeline for contract renewals, extensions, expansions, upgrades and new service opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through innovative technologies, digital solutions and AI-enabled services.

• Support the growth of existing partnerships through strategic account planning and customer engagement.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Engagement Managers.

• Establish a consistent and scalable client engagement framework across the Enterprise Services portfolio.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing and inclusive team culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Sales, Bid Management, Business Lines and Solution Architecture teams.

• Align stakeholders around customer priorities and growth opportunities.

• Support the implementation of the "Clients for Life" methodology to strengthen customer retention and satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will contribute to:

• Strong customer retention and successful contract renewals.

• Sustainable revenue growth across the Enterprise Services portfolio.

• Deep, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

• Consistent value reporting and governance across strategic accounts.

• Increased adoption of innovative healthcare solutions and services.

• Successful embedding of the Clients for Life engagement methodology.
